As much as we would love to welcome everyone to our facility, the farm is unfortunately not open to the public.

It could take 1 week, 1 month, or even 1 year (not really 1 year) as this depends on the size of your farm. Upon consultation, we will advise how long your project will take, which will be specific to your need

No size is too small, and no size is too large. We work with your budget and your needs. Our system is set up to be scalable, so you can always start small and add as you grow.

No. In the winter months, the temperature is too low for the Catfish to survive outdoors

100% of our fish is farmed here in the UK in a sustainable manner, using a state-of-the-art Recirculatory Aquaculture System (RAS).

No. Our fish are harvested and packed on the same day for next-day delivery. Our packaging can keep the fish fresh for 48hrs, however, we deliver within 24hrs of harvesting.

Because a lot of frozen fish is indeed inferior quality at the point of being frozen. Not all fish is of equal quality. It is a natural consequence that frozen processors tend to buy the less expensive, inferior fish, thus traditionally leaving the better, more expensive fish, for the fresh fish trade. We farm our fish here in the UK and sell directly to our customers.

Freezing fish is a specialist process and needs to be completed very quickly – ideally within minutes. The longer the process takes, the larger the ice crystals formed in the fish. These crystals harm the muscle structure and result in a disappointing eating experience.

It goes without saying that Catfish is renowned for its powerful health benefits. Not only is it low in fat – it is full of protein which makes you feel fuller for longer.
Your skin, hair, and nails are largely affected by your diet. Eating Catfish regularly will give your skin a radiant glow, help you grow luscious long locks, AND strengthen your nails.

It is a great source of vitamin D which is a crucial nutrient that helps regulate the amount of calcium and phosphorus in the body to maintain muscle and bone health to support a healthy immune system.

We work with local chefs who run classes on how to cook Catfish. They will be happy to book you into one of their cooking classes.

Your order is packed into an insulated box with dry ice to ensure your order stays cool until the evening of the delivery day. Most deliveries will arrive between 08:30 am and 06:00 pm. If your order is coming via DPD, they will give you a one-hour time slot on the morning of your delivery day.
Your parcel does not need to be signed for unless it is being delivered to a remote postcode. DPD instructs its drivers to leave the parcel in a safe place if they are unable to answer the door.

We deliver 7 days a week and all our deliveries that are not to a remote postcode are delivered by DPD, Hermes, or Royal Mail. Your processed fish order will leave us by 4 pm the day before it is delivered to you.
For remote addresses, we use the Royal Mail Special Delivery overnight service.

Equipment is delivered between 2 to 5 days of placing your order. Fish Feed is delivered 7 to 10 days of placing your order

If you need to amend your order in any way, the best way to make sure this is done is to call us. We cannot amend items in your order on the date of dispatch i.e. the day before you have chosen to have your order delivered. We would be happy to make changes to your order before the date of dispatch. You can cancel your order by calling us by 10 am on the day before your delivery date. A cancellation charge would apply
